‘Made the world safer’: PTSD vet meets service dog

Army veteran John Parker, who lives with post-traumatic stress disorder, says he “couldn’t leave the house” before meeting his custom-trained service dog, Pauly. CTV’s Dave Charbonneau reports that Pauly is the 100th graduate of the Wounded Warriors Canada service dog program. Parker’s wife, Tracey Brais-Parker, says the dog has allowed them to “reintegrate into society,” while Philip Ralph and Kat Forder highlight the program’s personalized success.
